Frankies Bikinis

Frankies Bikinis opened its flagship location in 2024 in Malibu, the beachside town where the brand was born. As a part of Cross Creek Ranch Campus, the brand is deeply rooted in Malibu’s culture, and the 900 SF boutique was designed to resonate with the local lifestyle, embodying the laid-back coastal vibe of Malibu. High-end finishes include blackened steel, Corian millwork and solid oak cladding allow the vibrant clothing to stand out.

From the pedestrian perspective, the exterior incorporates storefront-facing light coves and display niches to highlight the merchandise.

LMA collaborated with Buca Studios, an interior design firm that sourced finishes, bespoke light fixtures and furniture.
