NeueHouse Hollywood is located on the second floor of the historic CBS Columbia Square Tower in Hollywood. As this is a registered historic building, all aspects of the renovation had to be approved by the City’s Office of Historic Resources.
Another partnership with interior designer, Design Agency, LMA’s work included a complete renovation of the bar space – creating a new format for the bar and providing all new finishes; full MEP and Food Service design coordination; design and execution of the patio’s new steel frame and waterproof cover, including in depth structural coordination. The pairing of high-end materials, such as warm natural oak and brass, with lush plantings, create a relaxed indoor/outdoor atmosphere.
