Occupying the Bradbury building, the Neuehouse project balanced a respect for the building’s historic architecture with high ambition interiors designed to provide a hospitality level workplace experience while also giving the operator a high level of flexibility over how the spaces are subleased. Due to the Bradbury’s status as one of the most important historic buildings in Los Angeles, extensive work was done to marry stringent preservation requirements with a compressed timeline and dynamic program.

Organized around the central atrium, the project consists of co-working suites, enclosed offices, small collaboration spaces, meeting rooms, a commercial kitchen and a private bar and restaurant challenged the infrastructural and code constraints of the existing building.
