Campus 56 is a 55,000 SF high-performance workplace repositioning project. The project’s brief called for the repositioning and adaptive reuse of two adjacent properties. Designed to be a unified campus that could be leased by either a single or multiple tenants, the project converted low value warehouse and legacy office spaces into highly desirable and amenity-rich workplace.

The existing structures were introverted and had very little natural light – by strategically introducing new skylights and new exterior openings, the campus was converted into spaces that were highly connected, cheerful and filled with natural light. New exterior patios and outdoor decks created new indoor-outdoor relationships that leveraged the site’s mild climate into an asset for the building and its tenants.
