Team One Dallas

For Team One’s new Dallas office space, Terrain was asked to create a high-performance, people-focused workspace inspired by the agency’s previous locations. Working within a conventional high-rise office building with relatively constricted ceiling height, we employed a scheme that allowed light to penetrate deeply into the space. The space was humanized with plant filled spaces, vertical gardens and natural materials like wood and terracotta.

Without enclosed offices, the plan was designed to foster collaboration and gathering through several open-work zones of bullpen seating, informal working lounge spaces and an all-hands agency meeting space. Immediately adjacent to this social and collaborative areas, small enclosed spaces enable individual heads-down and focused work.
